1. Intellectual Property & License Grant
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyright and intellectual property rights, remain exclusively with GeckoFlag. The Software is licensed, not sold, to you under these Terms.
- License GrantWhen you purchase the Software from this website, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable Regular License. This permits you (or your single client) to access and modify the full source code to create one (1) single end product or website. Multi-site deployment, resale, or unlimited reuse under a single purchase is strictly prohibited.
- RestrictionsUnder no circumstances shall you resell, redistribute, sub-license, host as a software-as-a-service (SaaS), or share the original or modified source code as a competing product, template, theme, or open-source repository.
2. Payments & Order Processing
Purchases on this site are processed by our Merchant of Record partner, Polar Software Inc. ("Polar"). Your transaction is handled under Polar's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Pricing, applicable sales taxes, VAT, and invoicing are determined and handled by Polar at the point of checkout.
3. Refund Policy & EU/UK Right of Withdrawal
Due to the digital nature of our self-hosted software, which provides immediate access to full source code, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and non-refundable once the download link or source code access has been provided.
EU / UK Consumer Notice regarding Right of Withdrawal: If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you expressly agree that the performance of the services begins immediately upon purchase and that you acknowledge and consent to lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) once the digital content download or access link is made available to you.
Refunds for purchases on our website may only be granted in limited circumstances as required by applicable consumer laws or at Polar’s discretion (e.g., in the case of a verified, unfixable core technical defect reported within the support period).
4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS NOT WARRANTED TO BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY HOSTING SERVER, THIRD-PARTY PLUGIN, DATABASE ENVIRONMENT, OR OPERATING SYSTEM.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GECKOFLAG, ITS DEVELOPERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GeckoFlag and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your customization, deployment, or use of the Software, or your violation of these Terms.
